You are looking at a brand new Geeta Indian Kurta Top These have been a long standing hit since the ''60''s and they haven''t changed a bit. Some things are just timeless.

This Blouse is hand made and embroidered in India. It is made of 100% cotton gauze that is a bit crinkled. These are very cool and comfortable and with such a variety of colors, they can be matched with any type bottom. We offer other colors of this blouse in our store and will be getting more soon. May match one of our many lovely skirts. Here are all of our Color Choices. Click on the color you would like to see.

Please take note that dye lots vary and there is not room to list every variation. For example the dark blue may be a navy or Prussian blue that is a little more green. The same with the royal blue, could be more red or green depending on the dye lot. But we strive to accurately represent our colors. The voice of experience says, "It's just not possible to do it perfectly!" If it matters a lot to you, please ask first. Please measure your own nicely fitting top in the following way Then we can compare the sizes with what we have available. We measure by laying the blouse flat out and straight across, like underarm to underarm, side seam to side seam on the bottom, then double this measurement. We also measure from the top of the shoulder to the hem to get the length and shoulder to shoulder. (You don''t want it to fit tightly. It is meant to be somewhat flowing. It should be comfortable.)

Perfect for the really hot days!

I was so happy to discover you carried the short sleeved Kurta. These are like the classic Kurtas from the 70's which were perfect for hot weather wear. But they are almost impossible to find in larger sizes. These are better than the originals, better quality fabric, and overall better quality and consistency in the workmanship. They always look good if you are going out to dinner, or get caught in a tropical downpour. I've bought 5 in the last 6 months. It was great to replace my worn out summer shirts. And the colors are fantastic. After a few hand washes, I wash like colors together in lingerie bags on delicate. Hang them up to dry and they are good to go. One warning, do NOT accidentally include your husband's favorite light colored shirt!

I have been a fan of your store since I bought a long-sleeved Kurta from you last year. I had such a wonderful experience with you folks(I had never purchased anything online before, and I placed my order by phone)that when I saw you had these short sleeve Kurtas available in my size, I ordered 10 of them! And just like last time, my order arrived much sooner than expected and the shirts are great! Just in time to make it through our intense Tucson summer heat. So thank you! Again :) :)

I really like this shirt (I got the Prussian Blue). It fit me perfectly and is very light weight fabric - perfect to wear during humid summers in Florida. Nice enough to wear to work. Thanks so much.
